A B2B sales CRM, from the first lead to the signed contract.
Lead channels, opportunity stages, proposals with e-signature and KPIs per sales rep, in a pipeline that doesn’t need updating by hand.
How the pipeline works, in five lines.
- Lead channels
- Web forms, Meta, Google Ads, inbound calls, or manual entry.
- Stage flow
- Two ready-made opportunity flows, “Standard” or “High Value”, or stages built for your own sales methodology.
- Proposals
- A PDF proposal created in the system, a link sent to the client, and a status of draft → sent → viewed → signed.
- KPIs & dashboards
- Targets per sales rep and dashboards with real numbers, not estimates.
- Snooze an opportunity
- An opportunity that isn’t ready is snoozed with a required review date, and returns automatically to the same funnel stage when the day comes.
What the sales dashboard shows.
- Sales by rep
- Sales by category
- Sales by source
- Average time per stage
- At-risk opportunities
“At risk” isn’t subjective. An opportunity is flagged once it has stayed in a stage 1.5 times longer than the average time other opportunities spend there. The sales manager doesn’t have to ask every rep which deals are stuck; the dashboard flags them on its own.
Every stage has a type, not just a name.
A stage isn’t just a column on a kanban board. It carries its type, a target probability of closing and a conversion target, data that feeds the forecast, not just the display.

The dashboard compares itself with last year.
The sales report isn’t a snapshot without context. It is compared automatically with the same period last year, or with any period you set, and exports to Excel per sales rep in one click, instead of being rebuilt from scratch before every review meeting. It also separates revenue from new clients from expansion revenue from existing ones, and shows the average age of active opportunities: how long, on average, a deal that hasn’t closed yet has been sitting there.
Reps don’t waste time searching or writing up notes.
One search box finds a client, lead, opportunity or proposal at the same time, without opening four different screens for one answer, and a name typed in Latin characters (Greeklish) still finds a client stored in Greek. And every call with a client runs automatically through an AI that keeps a summary and action items, linked to the right client. This isn’t online booking; it’s automatic documentation of a call that already happened, so the next rep who takes over knows what was said.
A proposal doesn’t get lost in an inbox.
Four statuses, recorded automatically, not “they probably saw it”.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | The proposal is still being prepared and hasn’t been sent. |
| Sent | The link has gone out to the client; waiting. |
| Viewed | The client opened the link, and the exact time is recorded. |
| Signed | Signed electronically; the proposal turns into a project. |
After the signature, the client doesn’t get lost in emails.
A signed proposal isn’t the end of the relationship. It’s the start of a contract the client can follow on their own, in their own portal: what’s active now, what has been used, and which tickets relate to the contract. Invoices, payments and balance appear on the same screen, with online payment if needed, so they don’t email to ask how much they owe. Fewer “how much do I have left?” emails means less of your sales rep’s time spent on admin questions.
B2B sales FAQ.
Can I tell whether the client opened the proposal before they call me?
Yes. The proposal status moves from draft to sent, then to viewed the moment the client opens it, and to signed once they sign it. It is recorded, not guessed.
Does the sales dashboard show last year’s data too?
Yes. The report is automatically compared with the same period last year, or with any custom period you set, and it exports to Excel per sales rep.
How do I know which lead channel performs best?
A dedicated report page shows new leads, deals won, average deal value and average time to first call, per channel.
