These instructions cover the data CACTUS DIGITAL S.A. receives when you connect social media accounts to its platform and client portal. What we process and why is explained in our Social Media Privacy Policy.
Option 1: From the client portal
- Log in to the Cactus client portal.
- Open "Connected accounts".
- Click "Disconnect" next to the account. The access token is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
Email dpo@cactusweb.gr with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your company name and the accounts (Page, profile or channel). We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
Option 3: From the platform itself
Remove the Cactus app's access. Once you do, we can no longer read or publish anything, and the token is deleted at our next check.

What is deleted and what remains
- Deleted: access tokens, profile data of the connected accounts, insights we have collected, and any files and texts you ask us to delete.
- Remains: posts already published on your Pages (you delete them on the platform), and invoices and contracts for as long as the law requires.
- Backups rotate, so deleted data also leaves them within 30 days.
